Defence IC Engine Validation Control System

Comprehensive engine test cell monitoring and control platform acquiring real-time data from distributed sensor networks including engine speed, torque, intake conditions, coolant/oil temperatures, mass flow rates, and exhaust parameters. Enables precise engine characterization, performance mapping, and emissions validation for R&D applications.

Smart Production Line Tracking System

Digital twin "birth certificate" for every product, ensuring zero-defect manufacturing by interlocking physical stations with a central database station-Level Process Interlocking Automatically locks pallets or tools at specific stations checks for previous stations completion and the precise parameters are met in current station, preventing defective parts from moving forward,  On successful completion of all process steps, the system triggers a Laser Etcher or QR Printer to mark the final product.
